I use remotely sensed data to detect and model land cover change, monitor the effects of extreme climate events on biodiversity, and evaluate payment for ecosystem services projects.

When I’m not thinking about pixels, I enjoy travel, two-wheeled transportation, and most activities that get me outside and into the weather.
